①The spindle motor is driven by the electric spindle with superior output torque,symmetric with the submerged spindle box for water cooling and heat dissipaton to ensure the operating temperature of the motor and guarantee the service life and machining precision of the motor.

②Y-axis dynamic miling cutter turret:by improving the machining capacity (optional interpolation Y,high rigidity),drilling,milling.tapping and other composite machining can be performed for the Yaxis on the end face or the side surface,which can realize the machining concept of one-time clamping and all completions.

③The guide rail of the machine tool body is designed with high and low rails,the machine tool body is cast as a whole,and the internal stress is eliminated through multi-channel aging and heat treatment process,so that the machine tool can maintain the optimum precision and rigidity for a long time.

⑥Sub-spindle:the spindle adopts the built-in synchronous electric spindle structure with high power,torque,speed and precision,suitable for machining various parts,with low speed characteristics,suitable for C-axis cutting.The sub-spindle can be moved at high speed and butt with the main spindle to realize the machining of the positive and negative sides of the partsunder one-time clamping.
