①The spindle motor is driven by the elecric spindle with superior output torque,and the integrated cooling fan is adopted,so as to ensure the operating temperature of the motor and guarantee the service life and machining predsion of the motor.

②Straight Y-axis dynamic miling cutter turret:the driling can be performed for the Y axis on the end face or the side face,Sharpening tapping and other composite machining can realize the machining concept of one-time clamping and all completions.

③The guide rail of the machine tool body is designed with high and low rails,the machine tool body is cast as a whole,and the internal stress is eliminated through multi-channel aging and heat treatment process,so that the machine tool can maintain the optimum predsion and rigidity for a long time.

④For the hydraulic test and adjustment,the panel is installed in front,with mechanical rotation operation,and it is easy to monitor and adjust the hydraulic system pressure from the front of the machine.

⑥Sub-spindle:the spindle adopts the built-in synchronous electricspindie structure with high power,torque,speed and precision,sutable for machining various parts,with low speed characteristics,sutable for C-axis cutting.The sub-spindle can be moved at high speed and butt with the main spindle to realize the macining of  the positive and negative sides of the parts under one-time clamping.
